Part Time Marketing / Social Media Manager

We are looking for an ambitious, creative & passionate Social Media Content Producer with 2+ years experience, with a focus on content development for online & social, to work on an exciting portfolio of brands, developing and creating social media content.

You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers as well as administer out marketing campaigns.  You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

As a social media manager, we expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.  You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our companies views creatively.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop promotional campaigns and implement strategies across social media channels
  • Creative development of content, including photography, styling and more for all digital & social channels
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Influence creative direction for the branded portfolio & develop their social brand look, feel and content direction
  • Creative development of content, including photography, styling and more for all digital & social channels
  • Analysing social media & digital content and ensuring it is hitting brand goals
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and google analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Familiarity with web design, preferably wordpress
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility of hours
  • Spending time in the business understanding our service offerings
  • Speaking with Key Operational staff to monitor and document activities / accomplishments for media campaigns
  • Having initiative and being able to work autonomously to develop and document media content

To do this you will need:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a social media-focused, preferably within a marketing department
  • Experience managing social media campaigns for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn across paid and organic strategies
  • Experience in establishing, managing and growing social media communities
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite desirable
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills, and a high attention to detail
  • A current driver’s license to drive to shoot locations if and when required.
